By using Nearby Pets India ("we", "us", "our") you agree to these terms. These terms exist to protect both you and the animals in our care. Please read them in full before placing an order.
Nearby Pets India is a registered breeder and marketplace operating under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Dog Breeding & Marketing) Rules, 2017, and is registered with the relevant State Animal Welfare Board. Our registration number is displayed in the site footer.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a pet. By placing an order you confirm that you have the legal capacity, the physical space, and the financial means to care for the animal throughout their natural life.
Every pet ships with: (a) age-appropriate vaccination records, (b) a deworming history, (c) a health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian, and (d) where applicable, pedigree documentation from a recognised registry (KCI / FCI / CITES). A breeder's company purebred certificate is provided for non-registry purchases.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI credentials. The variant you select at checkout is the binding configuration; substitutions are not made without explicit consent.
Orders may be cancelled at no cost up until the pet leaves our care facility for transit. Once a pet is in transit, cancellation incurs transport costs. See the Refund Policy for full terms.
We use only IATA-aligned transport partners with climate-controlled cabins and trained handlers. We reserve the right to refuse a transport route we judge unsafe for the animal, including during extreme heat advisories.
Pets are living animals. We do not guarantee future temperament, adult size, coat colour, or breed-specific traits beyond what is documented at the time of sale. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the pet.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and posted with a new "last updated" date above.
