Because we sell living animals, our refund policy is shaped first by welfare and second by commerce. Please read carefully.
You may cancel your order at any time before the pet is handed to our transport partner. A full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 working days.
Once a pet is in transit, cancellation incurs the actual transport cost (we will deduct this from your refund). We will hold the pet at our care facility while a new home is arranged.
If a licensed veterinarian, within 7 days of delivery, certifies a congenital health issue that was not disclosed at the time of sale, we offer one of three remedies at your choice:
Refunds are issued to the original Razorpay payment instrument. UPI refunds typically clear in 24–48 hours; card refunds in 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
Email care@nearby-petstore.in with your order number and the vet certificate (if applicable). We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
