Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India. Every transport is welfare-first — we don't ship if we don't believe the animal will arrive safely and calmly.

Where we ship

All Indian states and union territories with reliable last-mile coverage. Remote areas may require an extra 1–2 days. International shipping is not currently offered.

How long it takes

• Major metros: 2–4 working days from confirmation.
• Tier-2 cities: 3–6 working days.
• Remote regions: 5–8 working days, with rest stops factored in.

Welfare measures during transit

• IATA-aligned ventilated transport crates, climate-monitored.
• Trained handlers accompany every leg of the journey.
• Mandatory rest stops with a partner veterinary clinic on routes longer than 12 hours.
• No shipping during heat-wave advisories or extreme weather.
• Hydration and rest breaks logged and shared with you.

Documents that travel with the pet

• Original vaccination card with vet seal.
• Health certificate dated within 72 hours of dispatch.
• Pedigree certificate (KCI / FCI / Company Purebred / CITES, as applicable).
• Microchip registration card (if applicable).
• A breed-specific onboarding & feeding guide.

Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹1,500 is charged at checkout. For routes that genuinely require an overnight rest stop or specialised exotic-bird handling, we may quote an additional fee before confirmation; we will never surprise you with charges after the order is placed.

Compliance

All shipments comply with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Dog Breeding & Marketing) Rules, 2017, the Transport of Animals Rules, 1978, and (for birds and exotics where applicable) CITES documentation requirements. Our registration with the State Animal Welfare Board is displayed in the site footer.
